At Ousdal we are passionate in delivering to those who appreciate our values and methods
Our spelt grain is ground into flour on our own mill and delivered to artisan bakers with an appreciation for locally sourced flour with a unique and distinctive nutty taste. We also have private customers who purchase our flour, not least, steel-cut spelt which is ideal for porridge. We are so fortunate that both Baker Kristiansen in Moelv, and Baker Hansen in Oslo have been with us since we started our own mill in 2009. Every day spelt bread with flour from Ousdal Gård is sold in Oslo, Moelv, Brumunddal and in Tromsø. In Oslo, through Baker Hansen the bread is labeled “Gardspelt fra Ousdal Gård”. Our oats are supplied to “Kolonihagen”, an organic brand avaible at Rema 1000 stores. They carry both organic rolled oats and organic steel-cut oats made with oats from our farm.
We deliver organic veal, that is tenderized, partitioned and packaged, directly to your home. Our list of interested parties receive an offer to purchase our calves. The majority purchase 25-35 kg once a year. In addition, we supply beef to Annies Pølsemakeri, Maschmanns Matmarked and a few selected restaurants, such as, Nektar Vinbar, Maaemo, and, The Vandelay. In order to operate with optimum animal welfare and in a sustainable and top-quality fashion, we are completely dependent on customers who share our values.
